This was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed! It smelled lovely and the overall appearance inside and out was excellent. Check-in was easy and it’s in a great spot. The only downside is the view, huge hotel blocking the beach but not a big deal to us!

Quiet spot just steps from the beach. Your needs are covered with a fully equipped kitchen We kept the front door open so we could enjoy the sound of the waves and cool weather. There is an outside sitting area by your front door. Bed was very comfortable.

Great Place For A Short Stay!

I now know why it’s named The Beach 5 Villas. It’s just steps away from Number 5 beach access. It was so easy for us to take a quick walk to the huge, clean, quiet beach. The studio is snug but felt brand new and I’ve never rented a cleaner place! Any question I had was quickly given a reply. Such an easy and enjoyable stay.

17th Wedding Anniversary

This place was very quaint. Our room was a bit small, the picture made the room look bigger than it was, The beach was a bit further than i thought because i miss read and thought we were on ocean front but at least we only had to cross the road, no counter space, and missing things that you find at any hotel but other than that , it had more postive than the negative. The room was super clean, quiet , and peaceful. The owners were very responsive, instructions clear to follow and above all we had a nice time for our anniversary. I would recommend all day long !

This location exceeded my expectations. Very clean, modern, had all the amenities needed. When I initially booked it which I did fairly quick I thought it was on the beach but actually it's on the street right across from the beach but from the parking lot you could basically throw a rock to the beach. Very quick to the boardwalk and you're there. It was very quiet at the property they obviously will take very good care of the units. About the cleanest I've been in. They even had a hot and cold shower outside to rinse off from coming back from the beach. I had a few questions and they quickly responded. It was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay there when I come back.

Deceptively advertised

This place in deceptively advertised. It is basically a 2 story strip mall that has been converted into condos. The AC worked great! It was a WET 70 degrees because the dehumidifiers had not been emptied. So slept on wet sheets 2 nights. Bought our own sheets 3 night so one of us could sleep to drive and had to leave early. Oh yeah they forgot to flush the toliet before they left last time soooo did they clean it I don't know.

Place is awesome, but just be aware to studio is very tiny. They use the space very efficiently and I loved it, but if you need room I would upgrade to the larger unit.

Very clean and quiet, modern decor and very comfortable. Efficiency unit is smaller but cozy and perfect for a single or couple and has everything you need. Communication with guest services was excellent and they were very quick to respond to any questions or requests. Perfect location, right across the street from the beach.
