Location is unique however they issues with guest using 3rd party reservations. They do not want to accommodate you in same manner as a walkin or if booked through the facilities website. They do not advertise the have smoking accommodations on a specfic floor, they will only book you a room if you book through them for a different cost. This actually 7nfair to all smoking guest.

Guest will still be charged same rate no matter if they pay in person or with a 3rd party. There is no price difference.

Accommodation has non working televisions. Rooms are missing microwaves and refrigerators. They offer no adjustments for the features. Additionally, they discourage 3rd party bookings which is the customers choice. They also allow smoking rooms but do not state they are an option on websites

We only recommend booking through the hotel because if you book through a third party while you already staying at the hotel you have to pay a early check-in fee.

This property is dirty, has roaches, rusting, not good customer service, ac hardly worked, tv was tiny and glitched.

Our room had a horrible smell to it and the a/c didnt work well and we had people walking up to us asking if we needed drugs

Outside my window. Someone playing their music on full blast. Also car alarms going off all night. Making it difficult to get amuch sleep

Watch out there is bug bed. I did have to change my room after getting bit multiple times I did take some pictures and give it to them there is no breakfast only muffin and coffee It’s misleading

This place was awful. The room wasn’t clean the sheets weren’t clean. The housekeeping was overwhelmed with requests to clean the room. The pictures online are representation of the rooms. Tub was dirty ice bucket and tray were filthy. We had remake the bed ourselves. This place should be offered on a site where you can get a refund unless you pay extra AND and strict guidelines associated with qualifying for a refund.

When I entered the room, it smelled like a garbage shoot. Had to ask for new sheets as the one on the bed was dirty. They need a new carpet.

False advertising... rooms where nasty stains in carpet ,,, curtains was torn ... only thing that was clean was the outside of building.. it looked nothing like the photo

Will not stay there again.
The room had a strange odor in it. The carpet on floor was so sticky . Thank goodness I had flip flops but they stuck to the floor. There was a bathtub but no stopper for drain or regular faucet. So no bath available.

Absolutely horrible. It’s a roach motel for crime. And even if you paid in advance online, you still have to put up a $50 deposit, which they don’t tell you about anywhere! And if you put it on your card it takes 3 days to get back!!!

Poor cleaning and stinking rooms left available
The room smelled bad as soon as I walked in it had an Oder that was sickening right at the door not sure if someone entered and then left, I left the room twice and felt as if someone when searching in the room and on the last exit the Oder traveled closer to the bed and where my belongings were I am disappointed I would ask for a refund but I didn’t make the attempt since it must of been familiar with the employee of this indecency sorry no photos I wanted to get in and get out I checked out early

There was a stack of discarded dirty mattresses sitting out in the elements right behind my room. Nice view and highly sanitary. The carpet in the room was smelly, badly stained and in need of replacement, the chips purchased from the vending machine were expired. Never again.

Old Microtel, would not stay here with kids. But solid value in the center of Jax. Easy to go to beach, UNF, Clay County, Downtown, or Northside from this spot. Lots of dining near by.
