We have some issues about cleaning the room, they forgot to do it for several days. After claiming it, it was solved. One weird thing, we left some papers over a table, and it seems they believed it to be trash, because after cleaning the room we didn’t have those things, so I believe it was throw to the trash, I thought they would not touch what is not in the floor or in the trash can… This papers were empty amazon envelopes, and some cards of the things we bought… actually it was trash… but i wanted to use it to envelope some things… but aftere cleaning were not there anymore. Not a big issue.

The room I was assigned was designated for the handicap. The curtain had a tear, the lights on the fan was inoperable, the shower was not cleaned thoroughly. The door was sticking so badly, I thought the door was locked. The door did not fit well in the jamb and no one thought to correct this. So the door had to be shoved open and pulled close with all my might. The misalignment also served to disallow the deadbolt from aligning correctly. The TV did not have many cable TV options, and it seemed very close tot he options for antenna TV. I expect a hotel at this level to have better in room entertainment. Breakfast was fine, a lot of CARBS and sugar; but as a person with specific dietary needs, they did have options that suited me.

The woman working the desk during the day is absolutely amazing! She really helped me and went out of her way for me! She was amazing! I love this hotel! The area is amazing and the rooms are always so clean and so so nice! My favorite hotel in the area and I stay here often

Excellent location. Facilities are good. Downstairs area greatly improved. Rooms need some updating, ie. Showers, mattresses, sitting areas.

Good handicap room, just wish they didn’t put these rooms at the far end of the hallway requiring a long walk from the elevator.

Its fine, a little skanky for what this ideal location should have to offer, considering all the high end shopping. But its just very convenient. A whyndam would be great.

Checking in was welcoming, easy and fast. I went to turn on the shower the had a hard time opening the shower doors they don't glide/slide open. After showering I went to blow dry my hair and noticed there was a blow dryer. I notified the front desk at 10a.m. that I would like a blow dryer and fresh towels. I even sent a text and said I would come get it. They assured me they would have housekeeping bring it. I never received the blow dryer, and I didn't receive the towels until I was leaving for work and stop by the front desk to tell them I need them. When I returned later that day I had towels in my room. No blow dryer.

I liked the location - it’s located in the Town Center mall so it’s very convenient!! I didn’t like they double charged me for the room… there was no pillow case on the extra pillow… no in room safe… the coffee make didn’t work…no ice machines on the floors so you have to ask for ice…

Rough start but great
The stay was amazing, after we such a hard time getting into a pre-paid room for two nights. It wasn't the hotels that the issued occurred, but Hotels.com. Their credit card was declined after i paid them ahead of time. We had this Amazing receptionist, I do mean very professional and nice, named Maria. My wife and I would like to tell her thanks for being so patient.

I almost froze
I wanted to love my stay but with 30 degree weather, my room had NO HEAT. There wasn’t a space heater or anything provided to me, I was given extra blankets but, I wasn’t in bed for my entire stay.

This was perfect for our 4 day family trip to see extended family over the holidays. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful. We were right next to shops and dining options.

Loved our stay. So convenient for food in Town Center. Lots of parking and love the new wine & beer self service in the lobby. Always nice to have a suite to stretch out in. Had to run to meet someone for breakfast but the buffet looked good.

The property was very nice but service was terrible; reported no hot water in shower, they promised it would be fixed but it wasn't, so we had 2 nights in a row with cold showers......totally unacceptable for the price we paid!!

I had a really great time. Especially the service was great and they were very helpful and I could always ask if needed something. Everyone was very talkative and generally there was a good atmosphere in the hotel. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The rooms were also great, clean and especially the part with the kitchen I really liked and helped me with preparing food. Would highly suggest this hotel.
