Staff is very friendly. Especially Natasha at the front desk I give her 10 plus plus Stars Tara and housekeeping Rosen housekeeping McAllen housekeeping and Miss Suzanne the front desk manager awesome people. Have never had a problem staying here.

It's a cheap motel. Just stop with your negative reviews. The woman at the check in was so nice. The room was fine if youre just looking for a bed to sleep in. This is some people's only place to stay! Just stop with the negative comments. Book the Ritz next time!

This place was horrible I wouldn’t let my dog stay there someone Peed in the in the closet. The chairs were torn and I believe the room had bedbugs I would never ever stay there
