"Everything was great except their clothes dryer doesn't work good at all. It took us overnight to get our clothes dry. The dryer was free but doesn't work good at all. They need to replace that. We had an early flight the next morning so it was big inconvenient for us. Travelodge in Seoul has good working washer and dryer both need to pay but that's OK as long as they work good! If you plan to use their laundry facility, don't stay here, or call them first."

"Very good lay out everything worked fine. The area is very very local if not a seasoned traveller one might be hesitant. Great free Spa on premises and lots of eating options specially seafood related. Close to BIFF (Busan Intl Film Festival area)."

"Upon early arrival I waited several hours, spoke to the front desk, and decided not to stay because the property was not as shown in the Expedia listing and felt unsafe and unclean — especially as I was traveling only with my daughter. They immediately said no hot water and air as there is an issue with the plumbing. The front of the hotel, lobby and lobby bathroom is shared with a convenience store."

"Quick 10-15 min cab ride from Busan station. Great views from hotel, and wonderful breakfast which had great options for both Western and Korean foods choices. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly and we loved that we could store our luggage on our last day in Korea. Transit station to subway within easy walking distance. Our only complaint was the elevators - plan your departure in advance as you'll be waiting forever to get on the elevator. We were on the 14th floor and chose to do 10 flights of stairs to breakfast each day rather then wait for the elevator...and often beat it. Leaving with your luggage can be an exercise in patience."

"Location is excellent. Room is basic but spacious & clean. Free Breakfast is worth skipping. Have to pay if you want extra pillows unlike other hotels. Service is non existent- all the different front office staffs are always sitting "hidden" behind his table all the while. Don't bother to see who comes in to the lobby or greet when guests step into lobby. Security is a major concern. Staffs as said, can't be bothered who comes into lobby or lift. The lift to rooms is thru another door - hidden from lobby. No camera at lift lobby and no room card needed to access lift floors. Also anyone can just go directly into the lift and rooms from another entrance on the road outside - lots of smokers hanging near here. Will not stay here again."

"Pleased to be upgraded, with our room giving views of the tower. Liked having 2 comfortable seats plus coffee table. Our room was very clean & comfortable. Location excellent, near many restaurants and major bus routes. Breakfast had good variety, however seating was overcrowded especially when groups present. Self serve laundry now available with 2 washers & dryers (reasonable cost)."
