The shampoo smelt very toxic (like bleach), I believe it has been tampered with as when I took it to reception it was exchanged for shampoo that smelt like it should - it was very worrying and they didn't even apologise. Who knows what I washed my hair with, but it wasnt shampoo. I wouldn't stay here again. "

"Room had unpleasant odour, the toilet area in particular smelt unclean. The photos are misleading, room overall felt run down and unclean. The air conditioning is managed via centralised control and fixed at heating, Busan has been very warm so I got little sleep with no cooling. The rooms are not sound proof - I could hear people in neighbouring rooms watching movies, showering, coming and going. This is a particular problem seeing as I was on level 6, and on level 5 is a bowling club open til 4am… Overall really unpleasant and I couldn’t wait to check out. "

"A hotel this big and popular should at least have iron to offer. Also breakfast not good at all. Convenient area to stay at, close to most good places to visit and eat. But hotel it self very just average "

"Room cleaniness was okay. But the toilet design (shower and WC shared the same door. Hence, only one can be closed at any point in time)is not suitable for travel mates who are not that familiar with each other."
