Unfair trade practice
The staff made me pay for all days of stay upfront. When I wanted to change my mind and get a refund the management didn't co-operate. This is no way a fair deal, there was unnecessary loss of money. The staff and the service was OK. I should have been refunded the money for the time I didn't want to stay and I actually checked out the second day itself.
