Fine but could be better

Almost everything was as expected from the Ad Post in Hotels.com. The utensils and basic cooking materials were not as ready as what the agent told us. The floor and cabinets were a bit dusty. Utensils needed cleaning before we can use them. All the rest were fine and the personnel were polite and accommodating.
