まずお客様と一緒にキングルームを予約いたしましたが2部屋ともシングルダブルルームへ変更されていました。 良く見ると変更する場合があると，小さく記入されてましたが、2部屋ともは残念すぎます。 あとエレベーターが遅すぎて3分待ちは 当たり前、こんなに遅くくるエレベーターは初めてです。節約して止めてるのかなと思います。 エレベーターが億劫になりました。 これからは変更の可能性がある所では予約しない様にします。 この施設には二度と泊まりません。

Our experience started off on the wrong foot with a slow check-in process and no acknowledgment from the receptionist, which made us feel unwelcome. The hallway and room were noticeably warm—perhaps cozy in winter, but uncomfortable in a tropical climate like this. After settling into the room, we waited 30 minutes for our luggage to arrive, only to end up calling reception ourselves. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and poor climate control made for a less-than-pleasant start to our stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. Location was great, connected to the Tangcity Mall, which meant loads of restaurant choices. Around 30mins taxi ride from CGK Airport. Room was spacious, but looked quite dated with stains seen everywhere. Nevertheless, still a pleasant stay overall.

Attached to TangCity Mall, it is very convenient. Staff is welcoming and forthcoming. I checked in very early in the morning coming back from umrah. The staff helped me and my wife settled down quickly with food and laundry. Highly recommended.
