“Felt like I stepped into a time capsule. Hot tub had dead bugs. My screen door didn’t lock in my presidential suite. Pretty dusty room. But besides that staff was wonderful. ”

“My husband and I fell upon this property for a one night stay on our trip home from Florida. The price was excellent and the property was equal to a Hampton Inn . The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast room was warm and inviting and breakfast was full of good choices and delicious. Our room was spacious , clean and up to date. I highly recommend this property!”

“Everything was amazing. Except the one thing that matters at a hotel. The bed. I checked into the hotel and laid down on the bed. Pretty sure I didn’t lay on the bed… I just leaned against the floor with blankets. --- This hotel bed is so hard, I think it’s actually part of the building’s load-bearing structure. --- I tried fluffing the pillow. Turns out it was just a second mattress. --- I rolled over in my sleep and got a concussion from the mattress. --- The hotel bed is so firm...

“The recent upgrades to this property have really improved it. The beds are super comfortable, and the rooms are well laid out. The breakfast room is much larger and brighter and offers many more options. Pricing was still reasonable. We have family in the area and stay fairly regularly. This was the best experience.”

“Yes the hotel allows pets. They charge a 75 $ fee. Laundry service was excellent. The hotel is very clean and quiet and comfortable! They provide a free breakfast buffet as well. ”

“Room was great. Staff was great. The only problem was the heat. Changing the thermostat and fan in the room had no effect, the amount of heat coming out was the same all night. I was cold all night even after turning it up as high as it would go.”

“The good: Room was clean; loved the shower; great shampoo & conditioner The not so good: There was no butter for the toast, English Muffins, etc.; there wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper in the room; the check-in clerk was not very friendly. I didn't like the way the side snack room was set up. Not the fault of the hotel, but the Bayfront Parkway is under construction and I had a terrible time following the detour back to the hotel in the dark.”
