"Rooms are very nice. Spacious bathroom and sitting area. Great view of the Tennessee River. You are literally a walk away from Ruby Falls. The Inn is on Lookout mountain. Great place for families to rent out and have it to themselves. Only 10 rooms, so get to staying. Each room has a bed, sitting area, small fridge/freezer, coffee maker and large screen TV. "
