The clerk that checked me in was very nice. The following morning I felt rushed with housekeeping knocking on my door and calls to the room at 10:20-10:28. Check out time is 11 allow the patrons the full time of the stay. Also the tv didn’t work kept saying no signal the only thing the remote did was turn the tv on and off and controlled the volume

Expected Better/Room for Improvements
1. Requested a regular King; were given a King for ADA handicapped that was at the far end of the Hall although hotel need not appear to be full. 2. Hall carpets were dirty, with several large stains; looked worn-out. 3. Bathroom in our room had small black ants on sink counter. 4. ADA sliding door at Bathroom entrance was stuck and hard to open. 5. For a handicapped room, the Bedrm. dim. 6. Front desk and Breakfast staff were friendly and Lobby/Dining Area were clean. 7. We were billed $162.79 including taxes and fees by Hotels.com, but at Checkout we were given a Holiday Inn express receipt for $135.11 including taxes.

Very unhappy- advertised they had a pool , nothing about it not being open till june 1st- I had my 2 grandchildren with me and the only reason we stayed there was because of the pool- I asked for a refund because they did not have it opened on a 88 degree weekend and they said they could not- I wanted to go down the street to a different hotel that had a pool and it was opened- I understood if i did not cancel in 24 because of ME but this was on them!! My 6 year old and 2 year old grandchildren were so upset but I could not afford to throw away the whole price of the room so we were STUCK- the staff were kind enough to call and ask to have it refunded but who ever they talked tosaid no said no- abostaying here

One of the nicest places we've stayed in this price category! Beautiful shower, good water pressure (super rare in hotels), nice bed (we slept great), sheets felt really nice. Checkin was perfect, staff was wonderful. Continental breakfast is about as good as we'd expect, but they did have cheese omelets!
