"The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we drove up. The concierge agent was also very welcoming. The room was beautiful and clean with a terrific view of the lake in winter. As it was a special occasion, there was a delicious piece of birthday cake waiting for me in the room. Special touches like that make a guest feel special and it was much appreciated. "

"Beautiful stay in Miette very clean and well kept place with friendly staff. upgraded room without cost which was lovely. Well heated! Only thing I will say is the pressure of the shower almost blew me away and was quiet high so despite the curtain would flood the floor in the bathroom. "
