"Unfortunately, it is difficult for me to recommend this hotel. First of all, it is unclear whether the responsibility lies with Expedia or with the hotel itself, but we originally booked a room with two double beds, which was one of the most important reasons we chose this hotel. However, upon arrival, we were told that the hotel does not have any rooms with two beds and that if we were dissatisfied, we should cancel our reservation and look for another hotel.
After arriving at the hotel at around 9 p.m. following a flight of over ten hours, we were already exhausted, and it was extremely difficult to search for another hotel at that time. As a result, we had no choice but to pay a significant additional fee to upgrade our room. This situation also appears to reflect Expedia’s responsibility for failing to provide accurate information. In the future, more accurate details should be provided so that other guests do not experience similar inconvenience.
Another major issue with this hotel was the persistent noise throughout the night. Although it may have been exacerbated by the New Year holiday, there appeared to be a nightclub nearby, and loud music and shouting continued until 3 or even 4 a.m., making it nearly impossible for us to sleep. We complained to the hotel, but were simply told that noisy celebrations during the New Year are part of Dubai’s culture and that there was nothing the hotel could do.
In addition, the hotel facilities were not well maintained. "
