“Clean and minted rooms, friendly and helpful staff”

“Unfortunately, the fridge was leaking a bad-smelling liquid underneath, the bathroom was not cleaned prior to my arrival and there was mould on the ceiling. When I informed the reception about this, they did not seem to care too much.”

“Great service and taken care guests. Innovation is there and cool reception. Thank you everyone.”

“The property is listed as a hotel in Riyadh with an Adress in Riyadh. THIS IS FICTION. THEY DO NOT HAVE A RIYADH LOCATION!!”

“Shower area, USB ports ”

“Great”

“Very good”

“I chose this hotel as a last minute option. My only requirement was to be close to the Jeddah international airport and when I arrived to the hotel, I was so happy that I took the right one! It is a new, modern, beautifully designed and fancy hotel (not easy to find in the area). They upgraded me and my room was perfect, comfortable, neat and pretty! Couldn’t have been happier! And I am picky so if I said that my expectations were covered more than expected, you must trust my good taste!...

“Great customer service, very helpful and very informative.”

“매우 안락하고 편안했습니다. 다음에도 출장 오면 이 호텔을 이용할 것입니다. ”
