โBasically it was very great. Staff, facilities, food, wifi are excellent. Breakfast was the best that I have had in Indian hotels. However, there was on the construction of metro so it was so noisy day and night. โ

โWe, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. โNice clean, friendly hotel conveniently located a 8 min walk from the main train and bus station but donโt worry itโs on a quiet street and donโt hear the above.
The breakfast is good and varied, the restaurant serves a wide variety of food to suit all tastes.
The staff were friendly and helpful so I would recommend this hotel and when Iโm back in Pune this will be my first port of call.โ
