난방에 문제가 있는듯 합니다. 보일러를 꺼도 26도가 유지가 되서 한여름처럼 잠을 자야했어요. 프론트에 전화를 해도 해결이 되지 않아 너무 아쉬웠습니다.

모든 직원들 친절하고 머물렀던 6인승 방넓고 가성비좋고 아래층에 편의점있고 조식도 모두 맘에 들었습니다 초등애들이 4명이나 뛰어다녔어요 가족모임하기 정말좋아요 겨울이라 춥기도했지만 사계절모두 추천합니다~

두번째 방문입니다 처음에는 짧게있어서 불편한거 몰랐는데 이번 여행은 길었어요 생각보다 화장실 수압이 약해서 내리면서 오래잡고있어야했어요 아이들이 물 한번내리면 안내려가고 뒷처리는 어른이 해야되는? 샤워하는곳 문도 안맞는지 닫아도계속 열렸구요 구스 이불때문인지 날리는게 엄청 나더라구요... 심지어는 라면먹을때 물에 날려서 들어갔네요 봐서 망정이지 못봤으면 그대로 먹을뻔했네요 다음은 이용 안하고싶어요~~~

안내하시는 분들이 매우 친절하고 청소상태가 매우 좋습니다. 다만 전체적으로 소음이 있어요 특히 수영장 운영시간동안 층간소음이 매우 심합니다 저녁9시 이후 소음이 줄기는 하나 이후에는 검은개로 추정되는 개소리가 새벽까지 이어집니다. 창문을 모두 닫아도 소음으로 편한 쉼을 얻기 쉽지않습니다

객실 사진을 통일한건지;; 제가 구매했을때는 조금 다르게 보고 가긴 했지만 결과적으로는 좋았습니다 :-) 루프탑도 나름 예쁘게 되어있고, 조경도 예쁘게 꾸며놨어요! 저녁에는 1층 테이블에서 맥주도 한잔 하구 ㅎㅎ.. 지하 주차장은 매우 작았지만 외부 주차장이 잘 되어있습니다~ 에코, 환경을 강조하는 네이밍과는 살짝 다르긴한데 ㅋㅋㅋ 자체 어메니티도 1회용이 다회용이라 아쉬웠지만 향도 괜찮았어요!

역시 에코그린리조트. 이름에서 느껴지는 환경보호가 온몸에 느껴집니다. 입구에 있는 전기차들과 충전소까지. 쓰레기 분리수거통이 작아서.. 넘치는 쓰레기를 볼때는 조금 안타까웠습니다. 호텔동 5층에 위치한 객실에서는 루프탑 수영장 바로 아래라서 시끄럽긴 했습니다. 옆 객실 소리도 들리고.. 하지만 에코그린 리조트 직원의 서비스를 생각하면 참을만 합니다. 루프탑 수영장은 10월의 날씨에도 참 더웠습니다. 수영하기 좋았어요~

참좋은여행이었습니다. 가족과 가기 넘 좋은 리조트예요.추천 조식도 가격대비 (양식)만족만족 또 갈 의향 백프로입니다. ㅡ구관 모던스위트전경 ㅡ실내 하이라이트.조리기구.다있음. ㅡ엘베도많음 ㅡ신관 인피니티 수영장 바람불러도 창문닫히고 물따듯하고좋아요.

청소상태는 양호했습니다. 다만 방에 벽지와 현관쪽 벽지가낡은부분이 있고, 화장실 창에 방충망은 먼지로 꽉막혀있어서 좀 청결하지않아보였습니다. 하지만 가격대비 서비스나 기타 관리부분은 꽤괜찮았어요.

잘 쉬다 왔어요.

지난 달에 이어서 두 번째 숙박입니다. 편의점이나 루프탑수영장 등 가족여행으로는 좋습니다. 프런트나 루프탑 카페쪽 직원분들도 친절하셨어요. 다만 메이드 여사님들 교육을 좀 더 강화시켜주셨으면 좋겠습니다..(청소상태나 분실물 관리 등..)

리셉션이 불친절해서

리셉션이 불친절해서 인상이 좋진 않았어요~ 설명이 충분치 않고 질문하면 귀찮아하고 답답해 해요. 전체적으로 호텔이라기보다는 좋은 게스트하우스 느낌이고 환경을 좀 신경쓴 느낌이 있습니다. 해변에서는 거리가 좀 있어서 반드시 차가 있어야 해요

작년 1박만 하고 다른 숙소로 옮긴게 너무 아쉬웠던 터라 이번에는 2박 이용했습니다. 넓은 객실이 가장 맘에 들고 전반적으로 깔끔했는데, 한가지 아쉬운 점은 객실이나 복도에나 전자렌지가 없다는 점이 많이 불편하네요.

편하게 쉬다 왔어요.

아이와 함께 머물기 좋았어요. 루프탑수영장도 여유롭게 즐겼고, 편의점도 넓고 깨끗하게 잘 되어있어서 좋아요.

체크인이 너무 별로였어요 오는 순서대로 하는건지 방문객에게 어떤공지도 없고 체크인하는데 넘 오래걸리고 대처하는 방법도 너무 짜증유발 친철한것도 불친절한것도 아닌 애매모호하네요 침대도 불편하고 허리가 너무 아팠어요 ㅜㅜ

야경은대체로이뻐요 수영장도 2군데라 자유자재로이용가능하구요 단한가지흠이라면..숙소내부가 조금은더청결했으면하는바램이네요 이불커버가 누랬어요ㅜ 그리고1층로비에 바닥 뭘좀깔아야될듯해요 수영장이용후물기를닦고다니더라도 떨어지는물에 바닥이젖어 우리아이들 두번이나 바닥에미끄러졌어요 바닥이 미끄러우니 신경좀써주세요

에코그린 이용후기
