Do NOT recommend.

The best thing about the property is the rooms are cozy and nice. Theres no free chairs at the small pool where half of the pools are 3 feet or less. Foods are mediocre at best, Service from restaurant is horrible, Rude and no manners. Unless you speak perfect Korean or Chinese , I would recommend you go somewhere in Jungmun Area, where staffs are able to speak English and have hospitality mind. Worst experience from the property with 5 stars.

3세 남아와 50대 후반의 여성 2인이 함께 숙박했어요. 실내수영장과 키즈존 이용을 하려고 선택한 호텔이었어요. 키즈존은 너무너무 부실해서 거론하고 싶지도 않아요. 호텔에서 실내수영장 이용하려면 밖으로 나가 도보 5분 이상 걸어야 합니다. 탈의실및 샤워실, 실내수영장 풀, 사우나, 화장실이 모두 각각의 건물로 되어있어 수영복 갈아 입고 풀로 이동하면서, 풀에 있다가 화장실 오갈 때, 샤워실 갈 때 얼어 죽는 줄 알았어요. 추워서 사우나 이용하려면 오며가며 얼어 죽어요. 샤워실도 추워요. 정말 화가 났어요. 실내수영장 실내 온다가 19도와 20도를 오르락 내리락 하고 수온은 차가웠어요. 춥다고 건의를 했더니 호텔 규정에 있는 온도라고 하더라구요. 온도계 들고 이 사람 저 사람 수영장 밖에서 왔다 갔다 하느라 문이 열렸다 닫혔다 하면서 실내 온도는 자꾸 내려 갔어요. 온풍기 설정 온도는 30도 해 놨다는 해명을 들었지만 실온은 19도 였어요. 작은 온풍기 한 대로 실내 온도가 설정 온도로 유지 될 수가 없는거죠. 실내수영장엔 안전요원이 없었고 실외 수영장 안전요원은 안전요원 박스에서 휴대폰만 보고 있었어요. 실내수영장에 안전요원이 한 명 이라도 있었다면 이용객들이 작은 온탕에만 머무는거 알고 조치를 취했을까요? 이렇게 운영하면서 수영장과 키즈존을 이용하라며 숙박객을 받는거는 정말 최악이네요. 행복하고 즐거운 기억을 주고싶어 손자를 데리고 떠난 여행에서 에코랜드를 선택해서 미안함만 갖게 했던 호텔입니다. 또 층간소음 장난아니었어요. 윗층에서 계속 의자인지 뭔지 끄는 소리가 밤 늦도록 이어졌어요. 그리고 여기에 쓰는게 맞는지 모르겠지만 에코랜드 테마파크도 전혀 관리 안 해서 기차타고 이동하시는 분들 볼 것도 없다고 내리지 말라고 화 내시는 분들 많이 봤어요. 마지막 기차역에 있던 말은 우리에 갇혀서 정형행동을 보입니다. 그 괴로움을 호소하던 말의 ㅇ소습에 마음에 아팠어요. 거기 묶여 있던 개 한 마리는 물 그릇도 없었어요. 그렇게 관리하며 돈만 벌면 되는건지 묻고 싶네요. 제주도에 가서 그런 마음 아픈 모습을 보려고 여행을 하는 사람은 없었거예요.

5성급 호텔이라고 하기엔

전반적인 위생상태 서비스 호텔안내등이 5성급 호텔은 아닌 것 같아요. 5성급 안에서도 너무 차이가 많이 납니다. 룸 컨디션은 그럭저럭 괜찮았지만 전반적인 위생은 지져분 하다고 하기엔 그렇고 깨끗하다고 하기에도 좀....... 발코니는 벌레퇴치를 안해서 아예 나갈수가 없었어요. 화장실의 비데는 고장이나 사용할 수 없었고, 수건은 음... 뽀송하지가 않더라고요. 수영장 사진은 엄청 좋은데 막상 가면 그냥 그래요. 배드는 무조건 돈내야하고 짐을 놓을 곳이 없었어요. 5성급에서 무료배드가 없었던건 처음이네요. 사우나는 곧 바닥이 무너질 것 같았고... 입구의 높이가 성인은 머리를 숙여 들어가야하는데 안내문구가 붙어있지않아 나올때 머리를 부딪혀 너무 아팠어요. 실내 수영장 2층에 의자가 있어 올라가니 정리 청소 되지 않아서 음.... 벌레도 많았어요. 에코빌리지를 낮에 좀 편히 이용하고 바로 숙소로 들어가는 것을 원하시는 분은 추천이지만 호텔에서 호캉스는 살짝 비추 입니다.

재방문으로 업그레이드 받아서 호수뷰 욕조방 배정 받았습니다 처음 다녀와 만족해서 친구들한테 소개도 했습니다 수영장도 넓고 늦은시간 수영도 가능합니다

모든게 좋았으나 몇가지 지적하자면 화장실에 수건걸이 없는거하고 물놀이장 스낵바에 애플페이 안되는게 불편했어요

마운틴뷰 수영장 좋았어요. 조식은 전날 프론트에서 신청해서 20프로 할인받았어요. 복도.룸 다 이뻤어요. 에코랜드와 가까워서 관광하기도좋았습니다.
