It’s my second time staying here. The location ist great, you can get good food nearby or go shopping. The rooms are nice, comfortable and big enough. Also the staff is really really kind!

Hotel is a bit tired, breakfast wasn’t great (suggest going external or the cafe in the lobby), and the bathroom was lacking hooks for towels and electric outlet but the location was excellent. Just around the corner from a day trip pick up stop and lots of great restaurants and shopping. Taxi to/from the airport was about 10 mins. Helen at the front desk was a gem and very helpful.

The staff we encountered were great. He Len at the front desk remembered my name the next morning. Which was impressive considering how many people she meets. My car was ready for me the next morning without having to call for it. They park your car for you and bring it down in the morning when you call for it. The room was all we needed. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast met all our needs. A mixture of western and Korean foods. It’s in a good location. We could walk to local stores and restaurants. I would stay here again if I visited Korea again.

Room and bathroom were spacious. There was not shower curtain so water got onto floor making it slippery. Valet parking was useful and staff were helpful and polite. Service was prompt when we asked for assistance. Location was near to shopping and food.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was really well located, close to most tour pick up points, clean, close to transport, walkable to shopping area but most of all this hotel has Helen. What a lovely welcome from her when we arrived. This lady is a wonderful asset to have. She welcomed us like we had been stying there for weeks. Her warm welcome, perfect English and happy attitude is really something. Thank you Helen for making our stay memorable with chook. 😁

The bedroom was very clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and Helen (or Ellen, I’m so sorry I can’t remember exactly) was an absolute pleasure. She’s so friendly, and I would come back just for her. It’s a fantastic and convenient location for doing all your Jeju day trips plus so close to shopping and the bumping nightlife of Jeju City.

The hotel is clean and comfortable but in real life looks much older than the pictures. Also, that terrace advertised on Expedia, was closed. So, we were a little disappointed of the hotel. The breakfast was very limited and expensive for what they offer. The staff, service and location are great

Great little hotel near to jeju airport. It’s a very short walk to pickup points for all tours around the island and is located in a central area with a lot of shopping and dining options. The room is generously sized with a good bathroom. It even has a laundry/steaming closet in the room.

Good location for Jeju City, and tour pick ups to explore Jeju island. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive from Jeju airport, so it is very accessible. The nearby area has many shops and restaurants. Check-in was quick and straight forward. The hotel room was spacious, with a very large bed and the air con worked very well. However, the room shower was a bit grubby. Our room had an electronic clothes styler, which I was interested to try, but when I opened the door it smelled of damp, so I didn't want to use it. Breakfast was mostly savoury Korean/Asian offering, some of which did not suit a western palate (but I saw other guests enjoying the food). Overall, this was a good value hotel, close by nearby amenities and good access to the airport. It was very convenient for tour pick ups from the nearby Lotte Duty Free store.

It has everything on our checklist: great breakfast at reasonable price, well laid out room, easy walks to everything (shoppings, restaurants, night market, subway, bus, Lotte department), super helpful staffs (ask for Becky who speaks perfect English). everything is good。location is great, close to the pedestrian street (lots of shopping and dinning options), the staff is also very nice, especially Rachael. The only complain i have is that there is no microwave in the entire hotel. There is a small fridge in the room.
