Check in lobby is on level 6. There is a concierge on level 1. The front desk personnel spoke English well and was friendly. My check in and out progress were easy and fast. Gloucester Hotel Jeju
Room a little small, but clean with comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was intentionally switch off due autumn season, we had to open the window to cool the room. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.
