The room was comfortable, clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, in particular, the valet who safely parked our car each day. Wi-Fi was good. The pool was empty and appears needing maintenance repairs or restoration work.

Hotel room was clean, bottled water provided, staff helpful. Mattress was a coil mattress so not comfortable but AC worked and view of ocean was amazing. 1 block off black pork street and close to shopping. Laundry facilities were clear and decent price.

This was a comfortable hotel for the price with a nice location along the waterfront in the Tapdong neighborhood. Several other reviews mention parking issues, but I didn't have any. The parking attendants will park smaller sedans in the B2 because the larger sedans and SUV will not fit in the car elevator so they want to save the B1 parking for those. The night before I left I told them I was leaving early to catch the ferry so they parked my car in B1. My only negative from the stay was the pool doesn't open until 1 pm and closes at 9 pm. With temperatures in the high 90s all week, it would have been nice to go for early morning and late evening swims.

Whistlelark was the perfect place to stay for 3 days due to its location to the market, close to the pick up place for tours, close to the airport ($7 by taxi), very clean rooms and friendly staff. Thoroughly recommend. We had the doble deluxe with sea view which was enjoyed from the small balcony.

The room is ok for 3 persons, toilet is clean, but not enough place to hang cloths when taking shower. Room is cleaned properly. Would recommend others to stay. Very convenient.

The staff was kind & helpful and my ocean view & little balcony was delightful. The room itself was fine. I was disappointed however in the quality of housekeeping; not up to par. The toilet wasn't cleaned & the beds were not properly made. I partially made the bed myself & when I returned to my room it was as I'd left it.

Great location. However in springtime, there is no air conditioning so when the weather got hot and humid, there was no airflow in the room. I opened the sliding door but it can get very nosy outside from the plaza - people singing karaoke wirh loud mics plus the airplanes. I wished I had known this before booking.
