"Expedia wanted us to confirm arrival information. The phone was not answered on 6 occasions. The room was basic but adequate. Saggy bed."

"Window is broken, letting in mosquitoes. Furnishings are the worst I’ve seen. Shower doesn’t drain limiting showers to 2 minutes before it overflows. I had to buy glasses for water. There was no bin only a bucket which you have to empty in the street bins. The room smells of fried chicken from the shop underneath. There is no vanity in the bathroom so toiletries are kept on the floor. Worst value for money I’ve ever know and I travel over 200 days a year."
