"Booked 2bdrm aptmt, for 4 adults, for 2 nights, got 2 rooms, 2 beds (which were fine) 1x.bathroom, 1x chair, no lounge space, had 2 request 2nd key, no coffee or tea refill or room service, no rubbish bin changes, no dishwashing liquid, no toaster, things u expect, very poor & disappointing"

"After a late check in, which was managed quickly and conveniently, we found a well appointed room with all the necessities when travelling with children. A reasonable sized kitchen and bathroom and sufficient beds meant everyone was comfortable. There was some minor damage and cosmetic issues around the walls but otherwise we had a pleasant one night stay. Would stay again. "

"Airport shuttle great... get a ticket from the Front desk and its complimentary $0.00. Staff were helpful, bed comfy and it was clean. Dining area a little olde however, perfect for my overnight stay. A 15 minute walk to Pak nSave supermarket and held luggage. "
