Lovely property right on I 75 in Northern Florida, near the Georgia border, that has been kept up very well. I spoke with the couple who own the motel. Very kind people. If you’re looking for simple, clean, quiet, had a reasonable price, stay here. I would stay here again.

Front desk & overall property, room, price, and location (near Jennings GP track) are all satisfactory. Property around the building itself a little rough around the edges, but you can tell that they at least tried to renovate it. The tub in my room (123) looks quite weathered, but at least clean. The room floor could use a decent mop, because my feet were brown from walking around.

Had a late arrival, need to call in to let them know. They were very nice and accommodating. Right off the highway yet removed just enough to be a quiet stay. Very clean and very pleasant stay!

Good choice
Great little bargain and quiet spot for rest. King room was good. Bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not comfortable. The room was clean...Towels and linens clean. No face cloths. No restaurant.

Don't Just A Book By It's Cover
Great 💤 ng bed! Water was great and hot! Hair dryer was brand new and worked great! We did take our own coffee pot as no coffee pot/coffee was provided. Owners were very nice and polite. Tub/toilet areas need a Mr. Clean sponge but felt safe, comfortable and slept great!

Great stay overall
My stay was great. The room was very clean. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was, no refrigerator in my room and the Wi-Fi kept connecting and disconnecting from my phone, which would drop some important phone calls but other than that, I would stay again if in the area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was fine with no real problems. The bed made a lot of noise, though, when getting in and out of it.

Good stay. Wish there was a coffee pot and extra cups in the room since the office opens so late, an extra towel and wash clothes would be nice.

Very well maintained property. Near highway 75 but absolutely no place to buy food for 10 miles in either direction. Very well maintained property and very updated.

Property was a little old, but everything was clean and smelled nice. This is a non-smoking hotel that enforces the rule. This makes me so happy. I didn’t have to smell other peoples bad habits.
