Perfect location with a perfect view of NYC. Staffs were friendly and professional. Room was clean and quiet but show signs of wear and tear. Absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Jersey City

Beat view of my life
Perfect view of Manhattan! Room was large and clean and all employees I encountered were very nice and kind. Again best view you can imagine!

Lossen problemen op. Bieden mogelijkheden. Keuken personeel, hulpvaardig, dienstverlenend, geven tips wat je kan gaan doen in de omgeving en bezienswaardigheden. Uitzicht op Manhattan was perfect, Libertyisland goed te zien vanaf de ontbijtzaal. Ik ga vrienden, kennissen en familes dit hotel aanraden.

We booked and requested 2 adjoining rooms for handicap and when we arrived it was not avail. They gave us bfast but that didn’t help with having rooms no adjoins

The views are to die for! Your so close to Manhattan you can almost reach out and touch the skyline. The Statue of Liberty is also visible from the hotel.

Très bien situé, près de tout les services et endroit calme . Le buffet est varié mais cher… Les chambres sont grandes confortables mais vielles et la mienne était poussiéreuse.

The restaurant staff was wonderful. The bed/mattress was horrible, especially for a hotel of this rating. It was lopsided and really worn down on the side. All night, I kept rolling into it, like a ditch. Terrible nights sleep.

Great Hotel with nice service and a beautiful Skyline view. Fresh Smoothie in the Morning included. The Connection to the one world is good but the Train is Not included in the Metro Card so some extra costs.

We had a 2 day stay here and we are beyond satisfied with our stay. The staff is very friendly, especially the valet parking staff! They knew instantly when seeing us what car they needed to go grab. We will definitely be staying here again soon!

Fast & easy booking. Great location and so happy the clerk at the hotel upgraded us to a water view. We arrived late and it was nice to see the city all lit up across the river.

The reviews for this hotel are very accurate in a good and bad way. Our experience here for 4 nights was fine. Would I have appreciated a higher rated hotel? Of course! But we were on a budget and the location for this place was incredible! Unbeatable in Jersey, the NYC skyline seen from your room!? Fantastic! Thats why I booked it even after reading the reviews about it being outdated and kinda dirty. Yes, we did switch rooms when we got our first one because there were hand prints on the bedframes from people doing you know what in the beds. There was a gross poop looking stain on the wall and the beds looked frumpy. The front desk was very quick to get us another room and we even got to check in early! The staff were friendly and took our request seriously. Overall, would not stay there again but we got what we paid for and it was in a nice, quiet part of town with great coffee shops and restaurants near by and the subway is next door!

Great views of Manhattan skyline. A block from Path station. This hotel is at a very convenient location for visitors of Jersey Coty as well as Manhattan.
