โWhen we arrived we were greeted by Paul who was friendly and Professional. The room was clean and fully stocked with water, Tea/Coffee/Biscuits/Milk, perfectly located at the front which was Sea View. The Breakfast- unbelievable- Pastries/Cereal/Full Breakfast/Fresh Fruits. Restaurant- Reasonably price Champagne Bar Restaurant as well as an outdoor restaurant/bar. The staff were amazing- each and every one. Would highly recommend this Hotel. Outstanding. โ

Bus station literally on the doorstep, which gives you access to the whole island.

โMy travel to get here was fraught with issues. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I left, everything about the stay here was a treat. Excellent customer service, comfortable room, nice bar and restaurant. โ
โWonderful 5 night stay. Staff amazing, Tracy, Esther, Lillian and Beatrice (Bea) and Jon. Can't remember all their names, sorry. Lovely choice at breakfast, food topped up even until breakfast finishing time. 24 hour sandwiches available, very useful. Lovely terrace to sit out on, but a pity it shut at 6pm. The terrace had only been open for 3 months, so this could change. Nice pool and gardens, and you could hire pool towels. Would I stay here again, most definitely.

โLovely hotel although the bedroom floors creaked a lot. Staff were all wonderful and there was entertainment on through the week, but oddly not at weekends. About a 15 min walk into St Helier, but there is a local bus. I guess the hotel is for the older generation, but that suited us just fineโ
โI was pleasantly surprised. The room had an adequate size for me and had a kitchenette. The room and kitchenette were both very clean.
Bed was very comfortable.
Kitchenette had everything, cutlery, pans, toaster, microwave, small fridge and small vitro. Perfect if you're planning on staying for a few days!
Bathroom was also very good size.
The service was also very good, staff were friendly, polite and always greeted with a smile!
Overall, a great place to stay considering it's a 2-star hotel.โ
โThe place on the whole was just really nice, all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, credit to the reception staff, the service was impeccable! The breakfast was lovely with a great choice, the bar clean and cosy and added bonus of the upstairs terrace! Food was great too on the couple of occasions we ate there! My room was small but cosy and clean with a comfortable bed so all good! Didnโt get the name of the reception staff but the little one was lovely and helpful in arranging...
