"I have to stay for 7 nights in Guangdong Heshan, but mistakenly booked 6 nights. It is not weekend and still is the same price as when I booked on Expedia. I asked can be charged by the average of my booking price? Thanks to Javin at front desk, restaurant waiter Wells, front desk Annie, lobby reception, Lilian, breakfast room, Miu and Mandy. A hotel can be clean, well located, reasonably priced, etc. These are things we expect from a 5* hotel but the people are what makes one hotel stand out from another. The standards followed by the people at this property are unparalleled elsewhere. "

"Very pleased with our hotel room, including deluxe bathroom facility. Spacious room overall. Old model safe in the room, which I was not comfortable in using at all. Great location to a mall, market street, restaurants, modern stores of many types, major grocery store. Information or area map available would have been helpful - particularly in English. Staff not very informed to answer any questions - not bilingual English speakers."
