Zur Jacarandablüte ins Court Classique Suite Hotel

Das Service-Team ist ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Die gewünschten Check-In und -Out Zeiten wurden sofort und ohne Diskussion gewährt, was ich selten in anderen Hotels erlebt habe. Die Lage in Arkadia unweit des Regierungsgebäudes ist ideal. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Shuttle des Hotels bringt Gäste auch gern kostenfrei ins Stadtzentrum. Das Suiten-Hotel ist im Kolonialstil gehalten. Die Zimmer sind groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Pool, der in einem Stadthotel nicht immer vorhanden ist, ist zum Abkühlen nach einer Tour gut geeignet. Wir haben uns im Court Classique sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gern wiederkommen.

Comfortable Stay

The only problem was that the online booking only allowed for 1 free breakfast (something not actually mentioned online, but told to us by hotel staff as we were checking-in) so there was an additional charge of more than 100 rands for the second breakfast and that made the price for the room higher. But, overall, not a bad stay. It was very comfortable.

"Court Classique"

The hotel has a great layout, beautiful buildings and quiet environment. This would have been an excellent place to stay but for the hotel's lack of backup power source. There was power outage on our first day at the hotel and the guests were left without power from around 8am until after dinner when the management decided to lodge the guests into other hotels for the night. Also the staff at the reception were not very welcoming, not eager to assist or provide information and hardly with a smile. But in contrast, the staff in the restaurant were awesome, always with a big smile and they make you feel very comfortable.

Ok. Stay was fine.

The staff were friendly & the room was a good size. V safe neighborhood. Restaurant was good (not great but good). Balconies are shared with the room next door and have no furniture on. Think they are mainly intended for smoking rather than lounging.
