“Beautiful property clean organised. Its a bit of a distance from the airport but nothing worrying because there is a courtesy shuttle big kudos...we had a 2a drill though they said ig was a false alarm. Annoying but necessary. While i was afforded a late check out both cleaning staff and reception would call every 30mins after 10a to ask if I'm ok. Eventually, I was able to get an earlier flight so thankfully I left my room at 12 instead of 2p as I had requested”
“Overally safe and good. but had some difficulty using key (not contactless) Every time I take elevator I need to pull out the key and insert in the slot on the elevator, worst of that one of 3 elevator is broken and another elevator has problem with card slot. All in all the only one is available. However, If the elevator with broken card slot if open, it stop another elevator to come to the floor. It is terrible to go up from the ground to my room. ”

“I have often traveled to South Africa on business and stayed at many hotels, but I have never found a place where the staff were as friendly as this one. The hotel grounds were large and it was nice to take a walk. The downside was that the bathroom door was the wrong size so it didn't close completely, and the shuttle service ran every hour, so the waiting time was longer than other hotels.”
