"Staff tried hard, the venue is poorly put together prefab walls!! Any noise goes throughout the place, you don’t get your own remote for the main gate!!

"The hotel is lovely and the staff is absolutely a joy. They could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We instantly felt at home. And the property is just lovely. Our room felt both airy and spacious and also very private. For my husband, the proximity to Planet Fitness was a huge bonus, and I enjoyed a run in the lovely Gray park so nearby. Congrats on running such a beautiful property and doing it so very, very well."

"I stayed in one of the Superior Rooms. Presented well, clean, maintained well. Housekeeping staff and Reception staff as well as Room Service were quick to act on requests. Had also booked a separate room for family visiting South Africa on a different floor. Happy with service and will definitely be back. Tulu and Thuli (Chef) in the restaurant, Moeketse in the bar area, you guys were wonderful. One Maintenance gentlemen, I have to mention - changed the safe batteries for me, he was very kind and so respectful throughout our stay. Overall - Impressed. ❤️ "

"Everything was excellent. The only thing I would comment on is that the restaurant was a bit too expensive. Paul's in the Melrose Arch which is one of the most upmarket restaurants in the area was cheaper."
