โUpon arrival, the staff greeted us by saying, โWelcome Homeโ. I have never received such a warm reception of hospitality by a hotel. The dinner, the rooms, the staff, the jazz brunch, and the tour, were amazing!! I am already planning my next stay. My only regret, is wishing I knew about the hotel sooner. โ
โVery comfortable room. Staff was amazing and helpful, with all our requests being met. Both restaurants (breakfast and lunch/dinner) had amazing food and excellent service. Valet parking was an added convenience. Will certainly be my โgo toโ hotel in Johannesburg. โ
โThe unit was well kept, charming, yet modern. The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to the shops. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. โ
โEverything was excellent. The only thing I would comment on is that the restaurant was a bit too expensive. Paul's in the Melrose Arch which is one of the most upmarket restaurants in the area was cheaper.โ
