"The stay was only for one night before our onward journey. We ate in the cafe area on a couple of occasions and everyone in the group had something different but everyone said the food was delicious."
"From we arrived the front desk reception evening staff 23rd july made us fell welcome. The gentlemen who worked with Monalisa upon our arived and the other gentlemen that worked with here during Saturday shift were outstanding. In fact the entire reception staff were great. Lets not forget the ladies at the dinning area including the lady who assist me with getting a local mtn food card without her assistance were dead in the water phone wise. The housekeeping shorter house keeping lady with plaits in her hair that worked our floor room #355 went beyound her responsibilty to ensure our room was in order. Mr Elias who assist us with getting around was outstanding. The shuttle driving who worked the evening shift upon our arrival at the airport on 23rd july 2025 and departure on the afternoon of 30th july was great, he did not leave in fact he came looking for us when we were late returning from the airport foriegn exchange. The entire staff at the resort made our 8000 mile trip there memoriable. We have stayed at many hotels around the world and without a doubt this was our best. Thanks everyone from Mr and Mrs. Knowles. Even the local Mcdonalds down the street were great.

"This property is located in a great place for a short stay in Johannesburg. It is basically next to a huge mall where you can spend the day shopping and dining. It is next to the Nelson Mandela square (there is an exit door from the hotel) where you can admire art or take a picture with a tall statue of Nelson Mandela. We only stayed two nights in Johannesburg and then continued our trip. For this purpose the hotel was perfect. In the morning there is a free shuttle to the "Hop on Hop off" tourist bus, which is a great way to get an overview of Johannesburg. We never even got off the bus. Da Vinci hotel is an upscale hotel, clean with great service. I would stay here again if I ever came back to Johannesburg."
