10/10 Excellent

"This luxury hotel recently built by Churchill Downs is a very high quality experience. As people find out just how nice the rooms are they will want to stay there every time they come to Louisville. I was really amazed at the detail and craftsmanship of the many items in the new room. Bottom line it is nicer than hotels downtown that charge much more. Plus to have the entertainment and restaurant that doesn't break the bank - I'm going back soon."

"Overall our stay was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and breakfast had plenty of choices daily. There is NO elevator, but the staff is willing to help transport your belongings. Good location to the downtown area and local attractions, along with shopping and restaurants. My comments, not negatives, just made it a little more challenging. 1. Made to order coffee machine: wonderful equipment EXCEPT at breakfast "rush hours." Consider adding a larger brewed urn. 2. We could not get the temperature to stay level in the room; wither too cold or too hot and always felt damp. 3. Additional storage for clothing, the drawer space is VERY limited especially for more than 1 person. 4. Same issue for hanging clothes. 5. Parking can be a challenge on the weekends, albeit we didn't have any issues, the lot was just very full and we did not see any indications for overflow or additional parking spaces. There are businesses around, but that would be parking on their property."

"I Love how the staff was so nice and sweet and it's 2 Ladies that work there was so nice and sweet to me. The one Lady works at the front desk and the other sweet Lady cleans rooms. I would love to work for your company and be the ground man who keeps the outside looking fresh everyday all day. My Name is Vincent Gill"
