"It was an awful stay. The rooms would not cool down. The room I was in (king) had fewer amenities than the room with the doubles. The restaurant was extremely slow, but the staff was very nice. The rooms were outdated or felt outdated. The carpets looked old, and so did the walls, dinged and scratched"

"The staff were courteous and welcoming upon our arrival. However, there are several considerations that may be important for families planning a stay at this property. Notably, there is no direct elevator access from the main entrance to the first-floor elevator bank. After initially unloading our luggage onto a baggage cart, we were surprised to find that we needed to transfer our belongings to another cart located up a flight of stairs, which may be inconvenient for guests with children or significant luggage. Additionally, while the hotel’s location offers walkable access to nearby dining, we encountered multiple individuals approaching us for money during a short walk to lunch. On one occasion, a person approached closely from behind while we were waiting at a crosswalk and attempted to engage us with an unrelated question, which felt uncomfortable. Finally, some online booking platforms suggest that breakfast can be added to the stay; however, this is not the case. The only available option is a limited, Starbucks-style ordering area located within the lounge/bar, rather than a full breakfast service. Families may wish to consider alternative accommodations, such as the Hyatt Regency Columbus, which is conveniently connected to several dining options. Overall, while the staff provided a positive first impression, these factors may impact the overall experience for some guests."

"Just don't stay here. It is not worth the money in any way, shape or form. The advertised amenities do not exist (e.g., no robes without asking, no Sleep-Well Menu, no children's menu in the restaurant). I have never felt so ripped-off after paying over $300 for one night. That said, ALL staff is wonderful, and the restaurant is good. The lobby does NOT look like the photo; it is not meant for lounging/visiting, etc. There are two unimpressive sofas, and that's it. Shockingly, there is no microwave in the room. This place plays out the old adage that the more one pays for a hotel room, the less one receives in return. "
