"We didn’t keep our reservation… it was unbearable. Smelled like smoke and was dirty. We were not comfortable staying there so we asked for a refund. We have not seen it yet. "

"We requested a room with 2 queen beds, they gave us a room with one bed, when we went to the reception to let them know they took over 1/2 hour to then tell us that they did not have any rooms available with 2 beds, and couldn’t provide us with two rooms either, they told us with no worries in the world that they overbooked and couldn’t do anything for us. Basically left us stranded after a very long trip and being super exhausted."

"Staff at the front desk and the breakfast area were great. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was just ok, but hot coffee and a little something to eat before hitting the road."

"For the price we were pleased! The room was a king bed, spacious and very clean. The bathroom was handicap fitted (we didn’t require that) so quite large, spotless and brightly lit with ample hot water and great water pressure. Did not use fitness area, didn’t use the coffee area. There were none of the extras (soap, lotions, ice machine). It was just what we needed for a good night of sleep on a long trip from NH to Florida…clean, comfortable and quiet "

"Booked this hotel literally because there was nothing else available with two separate beds in the area - doe to multiple events in Richmond. Will never stay there again. Staff are very nice and friendly but the property definitely can use a lot of TLC. Also - this is the first hotel (and we travel a lot because of sports) that has ZERO free extended stay. Two hours cost me $40 and after that they carve a full day PLUS a a $25 holding fee (whatever that is). And there are not decent eating places around. "
