If my room (a suite) is any indication of the other rooms, this property needs a complete overhaul. Carpet is worn and dirty, light fixtures are at least 20 years old, and the bathroom is also dated. Too bad; this is a good location.

Mattress okay. Water hot. Noisy heat/air conditioning. needs new plumbing fixtures. Really lousy breakfast, dirty tables in dining area, ridiculous trash can, HORRIBLE coffee (if you want to call it that). Staff was friendly, helpful, and nice. I can only conclude that the Choice group of hotels (owners) are just really CHEAP when it comes to providing anything of real "Quality" to their guests.

Pleasant staff, room issues.

We had an issue with the room condition on arrival (smell, plumbing, etc.), that resulted in my family not wanting to stay. I’m sure the staff will address these concerns. We were pleased with the helpfulness of the staff and they did issue us a refund. Managing a motel is difficult, I’m sure and would think it could improve in the future.

Staff members were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was good. Mattress was comfortable. Nice tv. Safe didn’t work. Toenails were on and in the pullout sofa. Girlfriend emerged from the pool with a large bandaid in her hair and corner of unit by the sofa was dirty but other than that bed was comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom. Stayed 2 nights and price was reasonable for the stay.

Fine for a 1 night stay! We got in super late but Pat at the front desk was super nice! We asked for a quiet room which she attempted to accommodate. Its an old property but the room was clean & the beds were comfy. Price and location were good.

Race trip

Was in town for a race. Booked last minute online due to our other hotel being an issue. Staff was very nice, grounds clean. Bed was comfy, pillows were weird half pillows. Bedding needs updated. Clean but worn, same with towels. Room and floors need a deep cleaning. Did ok for a short stay.
