Very pleasant stay. Quiet while fully occupied. Staff very helpful when asked for extra sheets. Breakfast was good but as in many places I have visited pretty bland but still good enough to get your day started. Would stay here again.

Traveled here for an event at ETSU Dome. Easy commute there and back. Room was a nice size and comfortable for the short time we were there. All mounted supply of shampoo, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Small bar of soap. Restaurants nearby for our evening meal. Breakfast at the hotel was limited. Make your own waffles, juices, coffee. Egg discsith cheese, ham, breakfast breads, cold cereal.

The room was clean, but showed signs of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable and the room was amazingly quiet, even though it was right next to the elevator. We have all had bad coffee, but the coffee in the breakfast area was pretty bad. The attendant was very nice and the breakfast area was clean. For a one night rest while on the road, it was satisfactory.

Room was very dirty, outdated and not maintained at all. The plug in my sink was missing so the rusted and filthy plumbing was visible. During my stay, the toilet was running non-stop and I had to call the front desk for repair, which took longer than expected. Walls were paper thin; I could hear everything that was said in the room next door. On a positive note, the staff were all very nice and helpful.

This place was great when you walked in. Staff was welcoming, and it looked clean. But our room was kind of run down and not dirty, but not deep cleaned. There were weird spots on the ceiling, crayon on the wall, and other little cosmetic things. They did have a small, but delicious breakfast spread.
