“ First why is this called blanco river resort when you get there it’s clearly Tillman resort, confusing? The cottages were very nice, clean, inviting. The closeness to the river was very relaxing and the property very well kept. We did not use the restaurant on site but a nice touch. The things I noticed it could use; the back door deadbolt did not work. There wasn’t tissues or paper towels for use. The bed comforters are too heavy for summertime use. “Nice place to stay.. just doesn't cool off to well in the evenings, lack of cutlery for the kitchen, the amazon fire stick in the livingroom didn't work at all. Aside from that.. it was a nice little weekend away and we enjoyed ourselves.”

“Settlers Crossing with it's historic cabins and farm houses is a unique treasure. As Fredericksburg turns into a wine country suburb of Austonio (Austin, San Antonio) Settlers is still an oasis. Stay here before it gets chewed up by a winery resort.”
