Our room was next to a boiler/compressor/ furnace. Door needed painting. One tiny bar soap. Price is too high for limited amenities.

This place is a mess. Owned by Bangladesh people, who do not speak good English. The pool is discussing and not heated or been cleaned in weeks. Asked when we check in , when was the last time pool was cleaned? Front desk person relied " it was cleaned yesterday 😠 when I went in the inside pool room, there was film on the top of the water. The only thing that touch that pool was my big toe to check the temperature 🌡️. Never again, please do not stay here only if your desperate for Sex or a play to sleep for (1) only!!!!

All over horrible place and staff
Rip off they refused to let me check in because my children was in my car they assumed they was going to stay in the room with me but they wasn’t. They wouldn’t allow me to check in and refused to give me a refund so I had to call the police on them. The police said there is nothing that they can do… this is a horrible horrible place to stay and it stinks

It was close to my appointment. Very Very Basic logging. No Iron or Ironing Board. Had to bang on window to get attention of clerk. No hangers to hang close.

Floors and bathroom upgrades were nice. Sheets were soft and clean. Towels did not look clean. Door didn’t seal or seem completely closed. Front desk staff never there. Had to wait several minutes for someone. Website said free breakfast and none was available. No extra toilet paper.

Not a Dream Stay but Worth the Stay
on back road to all shopping and food but the staff seemed judgmental and not caring very inconsiderate but room was ok large and clean just need to be wiped down otherwise it was better than nothing

Once I got to the property I had to wait for twenty minutes just to get waited on, at this point it's already a hour or so past check in. From the start the whole staff was rude not to add they were doing work on the property all day and night. I heard loud beating and banging the whole time I was there. The cleaning lady was the nicest worker of the whole staff, she asked me daily if I needed anything and on my last day there she asked me if I was checking out or staying over and I asked her if I could please take a shower and then get ready to leave. She told me that it was not a problem, this was at about 10:45. By the time I got into the shower five minutes later there was another knock on the door, this time it was a man and he said that I was late checking out and that he was turning off the water to my room so I would go ahead and leave and he was very rude. This was a very unpleasant stay.

It served me well for my purpose, was disappointed no continental breakfast because of covid. Hotel in good area for shopping, drug store, grocery store gas stations, retail shops, restaurants, etc.

Handicap accessible room wasn’t available due to renovations. They could’ve at least contacted me before arriving or reached out to Hotels.com to inform them that lower level rooms weren’t available
