“Beautiful hotel with spacious and confortable rooms. Personnel is also very friendly. There is only 2 dowsides: the restaurant had almost nothing available (wrt menu) and the hotel is little bit far from city center (20 min by walk). Bit overall I recommand this hotel.”

“Sinclares Resort is such a gem! The entire property is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated with beautiful landscaping. The premium room is spacious and bedding is clean and comfortable. They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. The best part is the hot shower which is so much better compared to other equally expensive hotels we stayed across India. You can take a really comfortable shower without worrying about the hot water running out in the middle...

“We had an amazing stay at ging tea house It is a rare gem hidden in the mountains with breathtaking views. The property manager Mr. Andrew made sure our stay was memorable. He helped us with the directions. He and his team work day and night to make sure we have tasty food for breakfast lunch and dinner and making nice dargeeling tea for us. The property is located in the mountains with lots of greenery and small hikes to explore the tea plantations. Will definitely visit here again. ”

Location is not the most convenient, it's along the main road in middle Pelling, the restaurants tend to be more in upper Pelling although all hotels have their own restaurants. “The room was damp, and moldy smelling. All the bedding was damp and wet. The pillows were visibly moldy and unclean. It was a struggle to get the staff to provide new and clean and dry bedding. There was no heat source in the room. The hot air blower provided was unusable as had electrical sparks during use. There was a light that flashed all night even though the power was switched off to the light. The manager and front desk staff only wanted us to leave so that they did not have to deal with...
