“Unique experience ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Luz. The grounds and buildings are beautiful, and the staff was exceptional. We loved having the trail around the property to take a short stroll, and used the complimentary Trek hardtail mountain bikes to bike back and forth from town. The one minor issue that we had was that we had neighbors in the abutting room one of the nights during our stay, and, despite being quiet, we could hear them pretty clearly in our room.”

“We got to our room, and the bathroom smelled horrible! I notified the gentleman at the front desk. He said he would contact management and see if they would authorize a move to another room. He later came to our room and said the request was denied. He sprayed some “perfume” in the drains and told us to leave the fan on, and left. That didn’t help.
