“Very nice staff, doors get locked at 10pm for safety which is very convenient. Cameras around the property as well. Could just have a bit brighter lights at night. Close to plaza and beach”

“GREAT Property and AMAZING STAFF. However, I do have to note two things that give me pause on going back there (at least when it is super hot). 1) The beach is rough and not great to swim in. Now, bear with me, this is only important because of point 2) the pool is a bathtub. The water was so hot by the end of the day it was almost uncomfortable. NOW, again, this is literally the only downside to this, frankly, amazing resort but I have to make it known to other travelers. To the resort...

“별 기대 없이 가성비로 예약했던 호텔인데, 결론적으로 아주 만족스러웠어요. 일단 사진으로 보는 것 보다 리조트가 훨씬 크고, 수영장 및 주변 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있어요. 룸은 꽤 낡은 편이었지만 룸에서 머문 시간이 많지 않았어서 상관 없었어요. 호텔 내 레스토랑이나 룸서비스 등등은 기대 이상, 이하도 아니었어요. 프론트 데스크의 직원부터 레스토랑의 직원들 모두 썩 친절하고 프렌들리하다는 느낌은 받을 수 없었어요. 숙박비가 워낙 괜찮았기 때문에 자잘한 단점들을 모두 커버할 수 있다고 생각해요.”

“Ecxilent hotel. Wonderful food and the best staff. The accessibility of the bed and shower in the room, the pool and the rest room in the public areas is poor. Obviously I booked accessible room with roll in shower No bars in the shower, no bars in public restrooms and there is no pool lift to take you in and out of the water. The bed is very high .So for people who aren't disabled it's ecxilent hotel, but for disabled people is much less than that.”

“All the pools were clean, the beach was clean, the staff was nice, the rooms could definitely be updated, but I was upgraded in so I cannot complain. It’s really close to the bars, coffee and restaurants so don’t feel stuck to stay on resort but the resort was excellent. Five star review for me. Excellent service at the pool, the food was good, but again you’re close to eating off resort so unless you purchased the all inclusive package, I would say try out some different local restaurants like...

“Their deposit reimbursement may take like a week or more unlike other top-level hotels, and they deliberately try to delay the returning process by not picking up phone call or replying to e-mail. Worst experience.”

The rooms had miniature kitchenettes in them that you can make your own food and across the street was a big supermarket where we bought a lot of our food as well. “추천하고 싶지 않아요. 위치가 모래 해변 근처가 아니라 바위 절벽 근처라 바다에서 즐기는 사람이 없고 다른 엑티비티를 즐기려면 다운타운까지 나가야 하고 물론 호텔에서 셔틀버스를 제공하긴 해요. All inclusive 인데 먹을때마다 계산서에 사인하고 팁을 줘야해요. 처음에 모르고 안줬더니 불친절하더군요. 또 저녁엔 꼭 예약을 해야구요. 칸쿤 여행때는 웨이터들의 친절함에 2-5 불정도 주면 됐었는데 이곳은 음식 가격이 비싸게 책정되어 팁이 만만치 않았어요. ”
