"Love this hotel! Only one tiny complaint, the room we had — the one bedroom family suite— had a strange layout and the main bedroom was so tiny you could barely get around the bed. All of the other rooms we have had have been fantastic, just won’t stay in that one again"

"Plenty of free secure parking, nice grounds, outside of buildings and garden areas very tidy and clean. Easy check in, cheerful and helpful staff, especially in restaurant and bar area. Room was tidy, clean and very comfortable with a good view of a horse stables and training yard. Lovely to see the horses with their heads popping out of the stables, and the stable staff taking them for exercise. Hotel is nice and close to Newmarket town, easy 10 minute walk, and you get the chance to see the horses and jockeys training as you walk along the path towards the town. Added bonus is an hourly bus to the lovely city of Ely, takes 30 > 40 minutes ride. Allows you to go out without having to drive. Would love to visit hotel again."

"Excellent general stay at the hotel. Very clean and very modern only approximately five years old. Good choice in breakfast, hot and cold food. We stayed with our dog yet they did not have any dog bowls or anything. Also the Aircon was not working for many of the rooms on those couple of days which was a slight issue."
