Staff was always available and helpful. Too bulky pillows. Hotels should have three different thicknesses of pillows. My neck kinks with large bulky pillows. Noisy. It's right next to the highway.

After having a horrible experience at Alaska Hotel and bar the night before, this hotel saved the day!! From the moment we walked in the staff was welcoming and so kind. Check in was smooth, set up for our airport shuttle the next day was perfect. The room was clean and cozy. It did get a bit hot but they provided 2 fans for us. There is some noise from the road but with the fans I didn’t hear a thing. The bathroom was clean. The lights were flickering in the bathroom but after our other experience it was no a problem. The washer and dryer on site were a great amenity. They carry quarters if you need them at the front desk. This place was just what we needed after a horrible night at the Alaska hotel and bar.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice, and the grab and go breakfast options for people leaving early were nice. The shuttle service was fast and easy. The only downside was that there's no fan or anything to move air around in the room so it's stuffy, and we couldn't sleep with the window open because even with it closed the road noise was super loud. Apparently everyone who leaves the stoplight outside has to drag race on green. So overall fine, but not the best night of sleep ever.

The staff was great. We arrived late at night at the airport and our hotel pickup was great. Just called the hotel and they came and got us. The hotel is dated but clean and neat. Lobby staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was initially a disappointment because we were expecting more but the coffee was good and there were lots of energy bars, yogurt, and instant oatmeal packs so… no excuse to be hungry. The location is very close to the the city bus line which was easy to use… only one route so you can’t get lost. Also several stores very close by to pick up a cold beer and groceries or even takeout food.

The hotel is old, but the bedrooms were acceptable, even if rather antiquated. The staff was helpful, but the big issue was the breakfast. It could not be even called a breakfast. The coffee was undrinkable., there was nothing fresh at all, packaged porridge was the only thing really available to eat, no toast no fresh produce no fruit. It was disgusting.
