"No hot water in the entire hotel. The second day still no hot water. Hard to justify paying for a room that you can't take a hot shower in. That's just me maybe I'm too picky. When I ask for consideration they said they're working on it and it comes and goes sometimes you have hot water sometimes you don't. Unacceptable for a Hilton property. On a side note if somebody dies in the elevator, I warned them. I'm a construction manager specializing in elevator installation. The elevator farthest away from the front desk has a cab that is hanging up at the top of the third floor the whole cab shifts sideways when it reaches the third floor. They are just asking to break a main hoist cable I told them please take it out of service before somebody gets hurt"

""I rented a room here and was wrongfully charged a fee for getting makeup on a towel. On top of that, housekeeping was incredibly lazy—they refused to bring us extra towels, forcing me to go down to the front desk myself on my second night. The housekeeping supervisor clearly had an issue with us for no reason; we were never rude, yet she flat-out refused a standard late checkout request. To make matters worse, management refused to show me any proof of permanent damage to the towels and aggressively threatened to fight my bank with 'video evidence' if I disputed the charge. Watch out for hidden fees, terrible service, and bully management. Avoid this location!""

"I chose to stay at this hotel based on the information provided by the property. However, it was far from what was expected. First of all, the pool was locked up. As was the 'Breakfast' area. Their supposed breakfast time was listed on the wall sign, but they never opened. Finally, though the room APPEARED clean at first, cockroaches came out of the woodwork. I even took a picture of one as proof. The room itself looked nothing like the pictures. It had a bed, a small table for a desk, and broken furniture for the clothes to go in. The room itself was big, with plenty of space to add a seating area, but there was none. I do not recommend this hotel at all and will be turning them in to the BBB for false advertising and unclean properties."
