"Unassuming but once you get in it looks like the Waldorf Astoria with ample hallways and classic furniture outside. The rooms are comfortable and forget all the rest because the view of lake Geneva takes your breath away. Train station is about 4’ walking and in two stops you find great nightlife. Walk 20’ down and you hit the water with all the fun and relaxing things to do. Country life is the same distance in the opposite direction. Staff is nice and helpful and did their best to make my short stay magical."

Bezüglich des Frühstückes, wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, Es gab frische Gebäcke, warme Speisen wie Bacon und Rührei. Jogurts verschiedener Art. Guter Caffè. Wurst und Käse jeweils zwei Sorten. Cornflakes, Säfte, Milch. An der Theke sind diverse Brettspiele vorhanden. Sehr schade, dass WiFi nicht ins Internet konnte, leider defekt gewesen, aber es ist wirklich nicht so bewegend in unserem Fall gewesen. Wenn man uns frägt, wir empfehlen das Hotel sehr."

"This hotel sits just outside of town with plenty of space and a relaxed vibe. Great fitness center and outdoor pool. If you are taking public transportation, ignore the directions from Google Maps. There is a bus (Number 17) that runs from the Renens train station (Renens Vd, 14 Avril) and stops near the hotel (Bussigny, Cocagne). Both the bus and train are free with a Lausanne Travel Card, given out to anyone staying in a hotel in the area! Plenty of shopping and dining options along the bus 17 route."

"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Le Lac. The hotel was nice enough, and the staff were welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, and the dining room was particularly impressive — very elegant and beautifully presented. Overall, it was a nice hotel with a great breakfast, although the room décor felt a little tired and would benefit from an update. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, which wasn’t ideal during the heatwave we experienced."
