“The hotel claimed that expedia has the wrong room description. I wanted a deluxe queen bed “sleeps 3” but we ended up with a standard double bed. They wouldn’t even accommodate the upgrade because they claimed they were sold out! The tv wouldn’t turn on with the remote, a tech came by and apparently fixed it but later it wouldn’t turn off, so we had to unplug it. The shower head had no pressure and the hot water only came out if cold was completely shut off. Never staying here again!”
