โNo customer care at all, We didnโt understand each other because they donโt speak English but atleast they could assign someone who can communicate in English
My friend and I slept at the reception because they didnโt give us the information about the key and we call the customer service number the whole night and no one ever picked at the same time no one was around the hotel ..How come at the hotle all the staffs left ??I was very disappointed with the service โ
โTolles upgrade, eine schรถne Sitzecke plus Mini- Bibliothek! Alles blitzsauber, Kinsize-Bett, riesige Dusche. Besonders gefiel mir das Design nicht nur des Zimmers sondern auch des Frรผhstรผcksraum mit einem fabelhaften Bรผffet! Ich empfehle dises Hotel ohne Einschrรคnkung!โ
โIt has a great place and clean, and also, they served some snack and water every morning, and breakfast was also great. but the room is small and then, i booked double bed but it was 2 small bed put in together so it was uncomfortable when i was on the middle of bed.... โ
โI liked the spacious room here. It had most distance between twin beds that I ever had before in my hotel experience.
But I was not satisfied with toilet. Because design of bath tub and toilet, I could not sit on the toilet straight. I had to put both my legs to other way. I checked other rooms we had and only our room had this issue. โ
