"The breakfast is very good, the entertainment at night on the beach is fun and family friendly, the rooms were very nice and the staff were lovely. The housekeeping was a little slack though, not replenishing snack bar items and not leaving all the towels on some days. It caused some confusion when we checked out and it was not necessary. "One of the most beautiful setting on Koh Chang but the room was just ok. A multitude of small ants made themselves at home, good thing we had our trusted giant gekko to protect us! The staff was initially very cold, but their attitude improved with time. Our early departure (5:30 AM) was handled professionally and we truly appreciated the dedication shown by the staff."
