“Nice hotel, good room. In the middle of nowhere though. And extremely noisy with parties at night (every night!)”

“Amazing hotel and amazing staff. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!”

“Good”

“Room was ok however TV wouldn’t work for a while and then the air con was not working. One minute told to move to another room then told to stay. “I was disheartened a little from my first occasion of having dinner. I received something different to what I was expecting and charged for it. On the menu the description was not helpful. Nor were the staff. They were most intent in me paying for the restaurants flaw. Which I did. This set the mood for my stay at the hotel not being positive. At times I also had trouble sleeping as staff were not understanding of the need to work quietly when cleaning. ”

“Good experience”

“Staff from manger down to security guard was very friendly and very very understanding and always willing to help. Sangeeta at the check in made check in process very smooth. ”
